We have on-site security for peace of mind, as well as access to shared kitchen facilities and well-maintained communal areas. While the rent at Crate Loughton covers a wide range of essentials, there are a few things not included. Wi-Fi is not part of the rent, but we’ve partnered with a trusted provider who can get you connected quickly and affordably—setup is fast and hassle-free, often at the click of a finger. Parking is also not included, but you can apply for a business parking permit through the local council. Business rates are separate as well, though there’s great news: if Crate is your only trading address, you’ll likely qualify for full relief through the government’s Small Business Rates Relief scheme—meaning you won’t have to pay business rates at all.
